The maximum number of people we will take bookings from at any time is five. This allows that the kitchen and coworking space are never crowded. However, the penthouse can be rented in full by a group or family and then it can comfortably sleep seven people.

Of course! We have a board rack in the downstairs living room which can hold six boards and we recommend storing longboards in the secure underground garage space, for which you will be given a key..

There are drying racks and plunge bucket on the lower balcony for handling your wetsuits and we kindly ask you not to take dripping suits upstairs or into the bedrooms.

The nearest beaches are 10-15minutes walking.

The minimum stay is one week.

Unfortunately, to avoid allergic reactions in other guests, we cannot allow pets. 

Lisbon has the nearest airport (only an hour driving), and there is public transport from each of Lisbon, Porto and Faro airports. Check rede-expressos.pt for buses and cp.pt for trains.

If you have a rental car, we are about an hour's drive from Lisbon airport. 

Alternatively we can pick you up, for an additional fee. 

Our regular cleaning day is Saturday so we count the weeks from Saturday to Saturday. If you have a special requirement or request to book from any other day, just get in touch with us to see what we can do depending on availability.

Absolutely! We just ask that you respect that your housemates may be working.

This is a loose term and generally varies by country, rental rate and booking platform. Once checked in, we do not enter your room as we expect you will keep it clean for your benefit. There will be toilet roll and dish soap upon check-in to start your stay  - we kindly ask that you refill these to your own needs.

Absolutely! There are plenty of other reasons to visit Peniche and other ways to enjoy the outdoors of Ferrel and Baleal!

We do have some softboards and epoxy boards for rent, and if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we will get you the best deals from our business neighbours.
